Who Am I...again?

My brains were fried from reading all the news I could get yesterday. So, I went in search for relaxing stuff to read. Then, I thought of Blogthings. It first came to my attention when I visited sYaNa's blog (see the foot of her blog). I thought it would be a fun way for you to get to know me (also an excuse to publish another posting).

Guess what? I have a purple brain.

Your Brain is Purple

Of all the brain types, yours is the most idealistic.

You tend to think wild, amazing thoughts. Your dreams and fantasies are intense.
Your thoughts are creative, inventive, and without boundaries.

You tend to spend a lot of time thinking of fictional people and places - or a very different life for yourself.

I also found out that I share similarities to ..
.... Marge Simpson

You're a devoted family member who loves unconditionally.
Sometimes, though, you dream about living a wild secret life!
You will be remembered for: your good cooking and evading the police
Your life philosophy: "You should listen to your heart, and not the voices in your head."

Hmmm... Marge Simpson. I would like to point out that "good cooking" - not my forte. I can cook but I feel is not good enough to flaunt. If not, I would have ditched my work at Azman Davidson & Co. or DP Search Sdn. Bhd. many years ago and applied for licence to run a counter at one of the food courts in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur.

Evading the police? How could I? I grew up under the supervision of a policeman, namely, DSP Raymond Tegjeu - my dad. OK, I admit I managed to talk myself out of a "saman" twice (long after dad passed away, in case you were wondering if he helped me).

I could not get away in Germany, though. I was driving about 5km/h above town limits (50km) and caught on camera. I paid the small fine using a payment slip which the authorities sent to me by post.

To end this endless pursuit of self discovery, I went in search of the kind of car I should drive.
Saturn Sky is my ride. It would be nice to drive something like this on our Malaysian highways. Oh wait.. not that easy. A lot of paper work and exhorbitant tax involved. Never mind. sigh...

Saturn Sky

You're sleek and smooth, and you need a car to match your hot persona.
Besides, sometimes you want your top up - and sometimes you want it down.

Too bad. I was going to keep my top up.

Hey JT,

I agree about the part where it says you have a purple brain ... he he he .. no seriously, it really describes you to a 'T'. And hey don't sell yourself short about being a good cook - you're definitely better than yours truly plus you enjoy it. About the car ... hmmm ... don't know really ... especially at this age. We all know that men normally go out and get themselves a flashy sports car when they hit mid-life crisis ... while we women are supposed to settle for a face-lift or something like that.

Hey Pat, thanks for the compliment. You can now come and eat in my house. I will broil t-bone steak and serve it in red wine sauce with roasted herb potatoes on the side. hehehe
By the way, Mitch and I were actually considering buying that car (Saturn Sky)last year when we returned to the States briefly. It is not as expensive as the other European make and model. After some thought, we went with something more economical (Hybrid car) seeing that the petrol prices were creeping up higher and higher.
Me, face lift? Nah... the world will have to take me as I am, wrinkles and all.

JT,

that's a sexy looking car.

I did try that colour test -- halfway i got tired because it was taking too long.

Hello Daphne, thanks for dropping by. Silly me. I must have accidently deleted the links to those tests when I was editing and re-editing my posting. To find out what colour is your brain, go to: http://www.blogthings.com/
whatcolorisyourbrainquiz/
Once you are in there, you can have fun with lots more.
(P.S. I am going to try and add back the links to my posting to make it easier).
By the way Daphne, you know there is a saying "What you are is God's gift to you, What you become is your gift to God". You are a shining example of that maxim.

Nuraina, I was totally captivated when I saw that car in the showroom in the States. It is a sexy 'thang'.
Oh yeah, I know what you mean about the test. Luckily that was the first one I took. As time went by, I started getting exhausted from answering too many questions. I skipped quite a bit. My blog would have been longer. ;)
