Partial Hiatus
I anticipate another three weeks of activities which may take me away from blogging and blog-hopping. I may not be able to do it as much as before but will do so when I get a chance. Please bear with me.

A teacher asks her class, "If there are five birds sitting on a fence and you shoot one of them, how many will be left?" She calls on little Johnny.
"None, they all fly away with the first gunshot."
The teacher replies, "The correct answer is four, but I like your thinking." Then Little Johnny says, "I have a question for YOU. There are three women sitting on a bench having ice cream. One is delicately licking the sides of the triple scoop of ice cream. The second is gobbling down the top and sucking the cone. The third is biting off the top of the ice cream. Which one is married?"
The teacher, blushing a great deal, replies, "Well I suppose the one that's gobbled down the top and sucked the cone."
"The correct answer is the one with the wedding ring on... but I like your thinking."

U.S. President George Bush's recently underwent a routine colon examination (Washington Post). CNN reported that the doctors found 5 polyps from the President's colon.
Anyway, colonoscopies are no joke but these comments during the exam were quite humorous. Remember colonoscopy patients have sedatives in their systems. A physician claimed that the following are actual comments made by his patients (predominately male) while he was performing their colonoscopies:
1. 'Take it easy, Doc. You're boldly going where no man has gone before!'
2. 'Find Amelia Earhart yet?'
3. 'Can you hear me NOW?'
4. 'Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?'
5. 'You know, in Arkansas , we're now legally married.'
6. 'Any sign of the trapped miners, Chief?'
7. 'You put your left hand in; you take your left hand out...'
8. 'Hey! Now I know how a Muppet feels!'
9. 'Hey Doc, let me know if you find my dignity.'
10. 'You used to be an executive at Enron, didn't you?'
11. 'God, now I know why I am not gay.'
12 'Could you write a note for my wife saying that my head is not upthere?'

Love the 'I like your thinking'. Will miss you when you are away from blogging.
Wonder what will keep you away cos in this age you could blog almost anywhere and anytime with a laptop. Please find time, otherwise you will never qualify to be Pee Em of this country cos you cant find the time. In this modern age you must have time for everything. Multitasking is the word. Do it while you are doing something else that requires the least of your mental faculty. I guess you get what I mean hahahaha.

Ruby - Hi Ruby, a break every now and then is good. Sometimes that down time is needed to get other things in order.
At this point of time, I am not getting much rest due to juggling of a few things at a time. So, I have no choice but to take away some blogging time to make way for other stuff. I'll be around and will try to drop by some blogs when I can. :) You take care too, dear.
Zewt - Hey Zewt, actually, it can be confusing if we go with the ice cream method because some unmarried people know how to work around an ice cream and its cone ... and certain fruits, foods and vegetables. hahaha
As for Bush, I think he is generally disliked throughout the world.
U.Lee - Hi Lee, hopefully by the time summer is over, I will have all systems going again. Right now, I feel like one of those jalopies barely making it out of its parking spot. :)
