Taking a break ...
Did you know?

Speaking of coffee (not men), I am going to take another break from blogging (gonna have lots of coffee!). In the meantime, here's something from my archives which I found worth sharing.
*****************************************
There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and noticed she had only three hairs on her head.
"Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today." So she did and she had wonderful day.
"Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today." So she did and she had wonderful day.
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head.
"Hmmm," she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today." So she did and she had a grand day.
"Hmmm," she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today." So she did and she had a grand day.
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head. "Well," she said, "Today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail." So she did and she had a fun, fun day.
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head. "YEA!" she exclaimed, "I don't have to fix my hair today!"
Attitude is everything.

Hello Nightwing
Kit Kat - not had that in ages. Eversince I switch to dark chocolates years ago, I sweared off chocs containing milk.
Actually, it does sound good with coffee. :)
I will be over at your blog as soon as I can to watch your clip.
Cheers!
Hi Pearly dear
You wish you had a cup of coffee or a man who is like coffee? hahaha
You are right, there is no point worrying over something we cannot control. I have learned to take it in stride over the years.
Sorry to hear that you are under the weather. Hope you feel better soon. *hugs*
Thanks for your lovely comments. I hope we can talk on Skype some day ... as soon as you get a microphone. :P
Your other alternative is getting a Skype phone.
Take care and see you around.
I am thinking of it but not so sure how it work . I went and read about the skype phone cost I do buy phone card to call home so if this work out cheaper then wat I am using now

hey ya JT, hv yourself a splendid break then, hope it will refresh you in more ways than one ; ) Will miss your funny & witty entries. Big hugs from Belgium (spring has finally sprung!! hehehe) Mush
Hi Pearly
Oh, I was talking about using a Skype phone (instead of microphone) to make Skype to Skype calls. You can also use it to make calls to landlines and handphones by purchasing Skype credit from their website.
Having both the man and the coffee is certainly very good. Depending on an individual's taste, either one can be the bonus. hahaha
You take care, Pearly. *hugs*
Hi Farina
I will definitely update my blog when I can. ;)
I am a little tied up with things right now. So, what little time I have, I will use it to reply comments here and maybe pop by some blogs for a quick browse.
I need a holiday! ;P
Cheers Farina!
Hey Mush!
Thank you very much.
I will be refreshed and ready to go again after this break.
Thanks for your support. We will be in touch, in more ways than one - email and Facebook. :P (Watch out for some photos in FB when I do get a chance to update on latest photos).
Take care. *hugs*
P.S. Spring has sprung, bells have rung (chimes are going like crazy when the wind blows) and grass is growing fast, I fear my lawn mower might not last. :)
Excellent posting, J.T.

Hi Jacqui, great to meet you today. First time I'm visiting your blog, I have to confess. But nice one! Stay in touch!
Hello David
Thank you very much.
I will keep April 25th in mind.
Take care and keep up the good work, David.
Hello Hazel
Ain't it true ... about men? :D
Thanks!
Hello Sarinah
I am having a splendid coffee break. Caffeine overload! :D
Thanks for dropping by.
Hello Marina
Welcome to my blog. It was great meeting you too. I am glad I made it to that gathering.
Thanks for dropping by. See you around.
P.S. I should have gone for a second bowl of bubur! :P
jt,
The moral of the 3 hairs lady is that you can be happy with whatever that you have even if you have nothing. Some people can't be happy even they have plenty just because others have more than him/her.
Are you coming to Kota Bharu? If you do pls let me know.
Nice sharing! Yeah, we've got to make the best out of what we've got...
Ahh, so you made it to the gathering. I wanted to but simply couldn't due to prior engagement. Hope the arrangement with Daphne for MRT will be on.
Hello Zawi
I like your moral of the story which goes back to attitude.
As for my trip, I am not sure if I am able to make it to K.B. I have some work cut out for me over here - clearing some personal stuff. If a window of opportunity does come up, I may consider and contact you. :)
Thanks for your thoughtful comments. Take care.
Hello WP
When we make the best out of what we have and are content with it, life will be simple enough to live. :)
It is not easy in a world where we want many things and sometimes try to "keep up with the Joneses" but it is possible when we can put these things aside.
Thanks for dropping by. :)
Hi Pi
Yes.. it was a lovely gathering. Finally got to meet my favourites in person and put a face to the blog. :)
I hope so too re that plan to bring Daphne down. Looking forward to it.
hi JT :o)
You're back in KL? I saw your name in Pak Zawi's entry. Sorry I missed you at the gath. I haven't logged in for awhile and missed the announcement.
Welcome home & have a great holiday, JT :o)
Hi S
I was not sure that I would attend that gathering due to my 50/50 chance of not making the flight. Thank goodness some things worked out.
It has been hectic since I've returned but enjoyable.
Take care. :)
JT :o)
I dunno what happened but apparently I mindlessly logged in with an old username and password and left a comment here using it. the 'S' above is me, Syana :oD hehehe
I hope you've having a good holiday and welcome home :o)
Hi Syana
I thought it was you. You have a distinctive smiley emoticon.

j.t,
How long will you be in Malaysia?
Btw, nice chatting with you on the phone the other day :)
Hi Trueblue
Apologies for not seeing your comment earlier. I have not hit the blogs in days.
I am back in the States already. I left on 28th night.
It was a pleasure chatting with you. It would have been nice if I could have met you but my schedule was too hectic (and sometimes I faced transportation challenges).
Hope all is well with you. Take care.
Hi JT,
Wow, it's been a while since i popped over here and then I saw your new profile pic....mhmmm, very elegant and I have to add, I wish I have those legs!

Hi Dawn
It has been ages since I updated my blog. Time to do so. :)
